Training

A vibrant high street needs a diverse range of shops and services, but independent business people in market towns and villages are finding it hard to make a profit.

AMT launched the Base Initiative in 2006 to help independent business fight back. Base provides short, snappy and totally relevant business training courses, seminars and workshops tailored to meet the needs of anybody who owns or works in an independent business in a market towns or village in the UK. Base has trained in excess of 1000 people from over 25 towns across the country. These highly successful training events implemented by AMT are now available nationally through amt-i. In additional to BASE, One-to-One partnership training, with some funding through AMT's Town's Alive programme is also available. For more information on this please contact us.
